Heads will start to roll as One-on-One Audits will reveal more issues with patient care at VA Hospitals. The Private Sector can help, but it's not easy to gain a contract with the VA system, unless a firm is Vet Owned, has Past Performance (even when it is inferior performance) and or MBE/WMBE, etc. I have worked for organizations on Both Sides Of The Fence, the VA should go with the most experienced organization to outsource certain services, regardless of what certifications that firm/ contractor has. Past Performance, Price, Firm's Financial Standing, Account Management/Implementation is what counts most! Just Sayin'
